Customer :               "Eight (8) days from now would be our event. How long can I get my order?"

Agent :                     "Mini-I (Bubble head) production is 10 days after picture, Payment and agreement complete. If      you want to receive it earlier , we can do it within 7 days   with an extra charge for we will             consider it as Rush Order.  You have to call our hotline in advance for arrangements, we also       have to consider other orders in line with our schedule." 

Customer :              "What is Rush fee? How much do I need to pay?"

Agent :                      "Since our product is 100% Hand Made, Rush fee means we have to work much earlier time from our standard production time for your order, or else do necessary adjustments so we could                  meet  with your event schedule. We have additional charge of Php600 for this service."

Customer :              " How about the shipping?"

Agent :                     "All shipping cost will be shouldered by the customer. If your order is in rush , we can book a          Grab express for Metro Manila area, pick up and deliver on the same day. However, when you are outside Metro Manila and provinces it would take 2-3 days of shipping. For rush orders , as      per mention we will assure to do necessary adjustments to meet your event  schedule so we will                 never be late.
